Jude (Najoud) Ensaff grew up abroad and moved to the United Kingdom in her teens. Following an honours degree from the University of Southampton and postgraduate degree from the University of Wales, she went on to become a secondary English and drama teacher and head of department for drama and English in two schools before serving in an all-through school from EYFS to secondary. Following roles as Director of Studies and Head in London, Jude went on to be Principal overseas and worked in executive leadership across a chain of academies. She has worked in Education for over twenty five years and following an MA course in Children's Writing, for which she gained a distinction, she became an educational consultant and inspector, working in nursery, infant, primary and secondary schools in the UK and abroad. Her books are available through Amazon, Kobo and Apple and on her website judeensaff.com Her first publication was in 2004 and she went on to publish a range of educational texts with a number of mainstream publishers. In 2010 her fiction was published for the first time in the 'Undiscovered Voices' Anthology of the Society of Children's Writers and Illustrators. Jude Ensaff continues to work in education and combines this with her writing.
